NEET 2021 Results Declared. How to Check Results, Percentile Score, Answer Key

The long-awaited results of the 2021 NEET-UG exam have been released finally on the NEET NTA website – More than 15.4 lakh candidates had appeared for the 2021 NEET Exam which was held on 12th September 2021. Usually, the results of the NEET exam would be announced in a month’s time from the date of the exam but this year the results were delayed due to multiple reasons. There were petitions filed by students to re-conduct the NEET 2021 exam after reports of malpractice emerged and the Supreme Court had to strike down the petition. The results were also delayed by the re-opening of the 2nd phase of registration as per multiple requests from students.

How To Check 2021 NEET-UG Result

  • Candidates must go to the NEET website at
  • Click on the “View Result” link (Server 1 or Server 2 doesn’t matter)
  • Enter Application Number, Date of Birth & Security Pin as shown in the new page that opens and click submit
  • If the details entered are correct, the candidate’s result will be displayed
  • Candidates can save or download their results for use/reference later

How to Download NEET-UG 2021 Score Card & Check Cut-Off Score

Head to the NEET NTA website at

Click the “View Results” link

Login by entering the correct application number, date of birth & security pin shown

Click on the link displayed on the dashboard to download NEET 2021 Score Card

The Score Card will contain the ‘Cut-Off Score, Percentile as per MCI Regulation’

NEET Percentile Calculation = 100 x (Number of Candidates Appeared with Raw Score Equal to Or Less Than The Candidate) / Total Number of Candidates Appeared)

Out of the total of 15,44,275 candidates who had appeared for the 2021 NEET-UG exam, more than 50% of the candidates have obtained qualification result – 8,70,074 candidates qualified the 2021 NEET-UG exam of which 3,75,260 candidates were male, 4,94,860 candidates were female and 8 were transgender.

Three candidates tied for the All India Rank no.1 position by scoring full 720 marks. The 3 students are Mrinal Kutteri (Telangana), Tanmay Gupta (Delhi – NCT) and Karthika G Nair (Maharashtra) who each scored 720 marks and shared top honours. 12 students scored 715 marks.

  • Class 10th Pass Certificate
  • Class 12th Pass Certificate
  • Government Verified & Issued Photo Identification Card

  • Caste/Reservation Certificate if applicable.
