JEE Main 2021 registration process begins in March:

  • JEE Main 2021 registration process began on 2nd of march for the session of March on the official website of NTA:, and it shall be ending tentatively on March 6, 2021.
  • The application fee for the respective registration process is valid till 11:50 PM on 6th of March, 2021.
  • Candidates who are seeking forward to appear for the JEE Main 2021 are advised to submit their application for the respective exam on the official website itself.
  • The JEE Main 2021 exam for March is scheduled to be conducted on the following dates:
    • March 15, 2021
    • March 15, 2021
    • March 17, 2021
    • March 18, 2021
  • The candidates must note that the March session of JEE Main 2021 and April (Session-3) will be conducted only for Paper 1 (BE/BTech) and the candidates who wish to appear again for Paper 2A (BArch) and 2B (B Planning) can apply during the May session (Session-4) Application process.
  • Subsequent to the registration process, students are also allowed to take a view on the answer keys, as well as question paper held for the February session, on the official NTA website itself.
  • On a foregoing average, a total of 6,61,776 candidates were found having registered for the February session. Somehow, for the March session, the aggregated number of candidates seemed to be enlarged with duplication. This increase in the reliable average is due to the attempting facility provided by NTA in which a candidate can attempt to the JEE Main 2021 exam four times. The best rank calculated and acquired among the four attempts shall be considered as the best marking of that candidate.
  • The next upcoming sessions of JEE Main 2021 is to be held in March, April, and May.
  • Point is to be noted that in case a candidate has already applied/ registered for March/April/May sessions can modify the following criteria between March 2nd to 6th 2021: Sessions, Category, subject. If there is any candidate who has already paid fees for the upcoming sessions, but makes up his/her mind not to attend the further sessions, then the amount shall be considerably refunded by NTA as per the NTA guidelines. Therefore, candidates also have the option to apply for one Session and more than one Session together and pay the fee accordingly.
  • It is necessary for every candidate to register and attend the first session of JEE Main 2021 in order to turn all other sessions valid. One who hasn’t attended the compulsory first session won’t be found valid with the rest sessions, since, the rest sessions are completely optional.
  • Candidates have to submit only one application for one session or more than one session or all session(s) together.
  • Multiple application forms submitted by a candidate for the same session will not be accepted at any cost.

Step-wise procedures to get registered for March session of JEE Main 2021:

  3. Complete the Application Form using the Application Number and Password.
  4. You get logged in into your personal account of JEE Main 2021
  5. Enter all your necessary credentials to complete the application process.
  6. Attach your scanned photograph as well as scanned signature along with your application process.
  7. Also upload the required scanned documents wherever required. The required documents are as follows: Candidate’s : Scanned Photograph, Candidate Signature, Category Certificate &PwD Certificate (wherever applicable).
  8. Submit the required application fee
  9. This is how a candidate can submit the final registration form for that particular session.
