The payment can be done via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net-Banking. Note down the payment & reference ID which might be required in the future.
Document verification will be done online & offline for convenience of the applicants by the authorities. Candidates who have already completed online verification through web services can directly pay the registration cum processing fee & can verify their details & if found satisfactory then these students need not upload any more certificates.
Document Verification Status Check
Students can view the status of their document verification process by logging in using their AP EAPCET Hall-Ticket no. & date of birth. If the documents are verified, the students will get a “Candidate is eligible for exercising options” message and they can proceed to select their Options online when the Option Entry window opens. If a “candidate is not eligible or certificate verification is in progress” message is displayed then the students should upload their certificates within the registration period.
Once the Option Entry window opens on the scheduled dates after the registration & document verification period closes, the eligible applicants can select their preferred colleges & courses in order of priority. Students will have time to edit & change the options during the window but must save their options before the window closes after which their choices will be locked & processed for allotment of seats.
Candidates who have successfully completed their Option Entry will be allotted seats in the scheduled allotment period based on the rank & score secured in the AP EAPCET 2021 exam. The students can view their seat allotment on the AP EAPCET website by logging in & once the seat is allotted, they will receive a Provisional Seat Allotment Letter which they must download. The students must then visit their allotted institute with the allotment letter and required documents to complete the admission process.
Students & parents must be very careful while uploading & verifying documents and also while choosing options during the Option Entry period. Double-check everything to ensure everything is in order so that the counselling & admission process goes smoothly.
